Step 1/2
Cut the Beijing cabbage lengthways and fold into an aluminum roasting tin.
Step 2/2
Combine the oil, soy sauce, spices and crushed garlic, pour over the cabbage and grill until tender. At the end, you can put the cabbage on the grill cut down to brown.
