Ingredients for 2 servings
Brussels sprouts
500 g
curd cheese
50 g
fried hazelnuts
30 g
lemon
half (juice)
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
salt
pepper
Step 1/4
Wash cabbage heads, cut off the bumps and cut into halves.
Step 2/4
Fry the cabbage in olive oil until golden, over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Such cabbage remains crispy, if you like softer cabbage, then cover and extinguish for another 5 minutes, no more.
Step 3/4
Chop the nuts coarsely.
Step 4/4
Salt the finished cabbage, pepper, pour over the lemon juice, add nuts and mix everything. Serve hot, with curd cheese as the sauce.
