young cabbage
1 medium fork
egg
1 pc.
sour cream
250 ml
lemon
1 pc. (zest only)
parsley
1 bunch
culinary black and white sesame mixture

Step 1/3
Cut the cabbage into quarters or eights and lower for half a minute in boiling water, put on a plate to glass water.
Step 2/3
Mix sour cream with egg, add chopped greens, a little lemon zest, salt.
Step 3/3
Put the cabbage in a heatproof dish, pour over the sour cream mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes until browned. Bon appetit!
