tofu "Classic"
80 g
edamame beans
15 g
Hass avocado
0.5 pcs.
Korean salad with carrots
25 g
fresh microgreens salad No. 3
25 g
garden radish
20 g
culinary mixture "Black and white sesame"
1 tsp
soy sauce
1 tbsp. spoon
sesame oil

Step 1/5
Cut the radishes into rounds. Halve the avocado, peel and stone, and slice.

Fry the tofu in a frying pan until golden brown.
Step 3/5
Make the dressing by mixing the soy sauce, sesame oil and adding the sesame seeds.
Step 4/5
Pour boiling water over the edamame beans for a few minutes.
Step 5/5
Place the salad, beans, Korean carrots and tofu on a plate. Garnish with avocado slices. Sprinkle the finished bowl with the sesame seeds and serve with the dressing.
