Halumis fried in a pan no longer surprise anyone, it's time to try to fry cheese on the grill. Halumis roasts beautifully over coals, turns out with a crisp, ruddy crust and smells like a haze. Add baked vegetables to it and enjoy the grill salad.

Recipe for "Grilled Halumis Salad"
Ingredients for 2 servings
halumis
1 pc.
tomatoes
6-8 pcs.
onion red sweet
1 pc.
kalamata olives
1 jar
Romano salad
4-5 leaves
olive oil
2 tsp
oregano
0.5 tsp

Halumis cut into pieces about a centimeter thick and put on a grill.

Add the onion cut into rings and half the tomatoes to the grill. This recipe can leave tomatoes fresh or browned on the grill, but we like to combine both options in one dish.

Fry the cheese and vegetables over the coals until mouthwatering, about 4-5 minutes on both sides.

Knead Romano leaves in a salad bowl, put baked vegetables and cheese.

Add the olives and sprinkle over the oregano grill salad, salt. Season with olive oil and serve.
