Recipe for Grilled Peach Salad
Ingredients for 2 servings
peaches
3 pcs.
mozzarella in brine
1 pack
bacon
1 pack
arugula
40 g
oregano
0.5 tsp
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
date syrup
1 tbsp. spoon
salt
to taste
Step 1/4
Cut the peaches in half, remove the bones. Remove the bacon from the package.
Step 2/4
Place the bacon and peaches on a rack with a pressure cap. Roast over the coals for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Be careful with fat dripping from bacon, remove the grill from the barbecue if the fat flares up.
Step 3/4
Put the rocket in a salad bowl, add chopped mozzarella, baked peaches and bacon.
Step 4/4
Combine the olive oil with the date syrup and oregano, beat with a fork and dress the salad.
