boiled beets

prunes

walnuts

garlic
1 clove
sour cream

Wash the prunes and cut into small pieces. Chop the nuts with a sharp knife. If prunes are dry, you can pre-soak them in hot water for 5-10 minutes.

Grate the beets.

Add garlic passed through the press (first remove the core). Salt, add nuts and prunes. Season the salad with sour cream and mayonnaise
