Ingredients for 2 servings

Beet

Crimean onion
half
Soft goat cheese
head half
Pine nuts

Olive oil

Freshly ground black pepper
Step 1/3
Wash the beets thoroughly, dry, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, wrap in foil and bake at 170 C until soft.
Step 2/3
It is important to bake beets, not cook - this is how it will truly reveal its taste, warm with light nutty notes. Leave the beetroot to cool, peel and dice, salt, pour over the oil and stir.
Step 3/3
Cut goat cheese and half of the Crimean onion into cubes of the same size, mix the salad, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and pine nuts - ready!
