warm kefir
700 ml
wheat flour
300g
eggs
2 pcs.
soda
1 tsp (10 g)
vegetable oil
100 ml
sugar

Sift the flour into a mixing container, add salt, sugar.

Pour kefir into a separate bowl, break up the eggs, mix with a whisk.

Add flour with sugar and salt, mix everything carefully again with a whisk.

Preheat the pancake pan, lubricating it with vegetable oil before the first pancake. Fry pancakes over medium-high heat.
