Milk always produces thin pancakes, but kefir often has only pancakes. There is a little secret here - pour boiling water into the dough! Pancakes will not be torn, they will turn out thin and holey.

Recipe "Thin pancakes on kefir"
Ingredients for 10-15 portions
Kefir
400 ml
Flour
2 cups
Chicken egg
2 pcs.
Boiled water
1 cup
Baking soda
1/2 tsp
Vegetable or melted ghee
1 tbsp. spoon
Cane sugar
3 tbsp. spoons
Salt

Mix together the kefir, flour, egg, salt and sugar, whisk lightly.

In a glass of steep boiling water, stir the soda and immediately pour into the dough, mix well.

If the dough is thick, you can add a little more warm water, stirring well each time.

Let the dough stand for 5 minutes, add the vegetable oil, stir and bake the pancakes in a hot frying pan.

Serve with sour cream!
