Poke is one of the most famous dishes of Hawaiian cuisine. These tend to be sliced fresh fish in sauce, served with vegetables, fruit, beans and rice. A satisfied common option is poke with trout. Ingredients for 3 servings
trout piece on skin (chilled)
1 pc (350g)
salt
2 g (1/3 tsp)
mango Egypt
150 g
frozen green peas
150 g
avocado
1 pc.
medium-sized cucumber
2 pcs.
basmati rice
160 g
sesame
1 tsp
honey mustard sauce
100 ml
soy sauce
180 ml
lime
3 tsp juice
Step 1/8
Remove the trout from the skin with a sharp knife. Dice and fold into a bowl.

Mix together the mustard and soy sauces. Leave 3 tsp to serve, and add the rest to a bowl of trout.

Add the lime juice, salt and stir.

Dice the mango and cucumber.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the bone, carefully remove the flesh with a spoon. Also cut into cubes.

Boil the rice until tender and rinse in cold water.

Heat the pan well, lay out the peas, cook, stirring, for a few seconds and place on a plate. You can also pour boiling water over the peas. Transfer to a plate.

Put rice in a bowl with a slide. Put trout in sauce, avocado, cucumber, mango and peas on it around the perimeter. Pour over the previously prepared sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
