A bright and tasty version of Hawaiian poke - with tuna. It is very popular, as is poke with trout, while there are many combinations with vegetables and fruits. We not only added cucumber to our version of poke, but let it in boiling water and marinated it a little in sauce - it turned out very interesting.

Ingredients for 4 servings
tuna fillet-pieces frozen
500 g
sesame oil
50 ml
teriyaki sauce
60 ml
cucumber - 4 pcs .
4 pcs. (large)
Sweet Chili Sauce

boiled corn
1 cob
bell pepper red
1 pc.
canned pineapple
4 rings
basmati rice
200 g
green green beans
50 g
vegetable oil
1-2 tbsp. l.
coconut milk

teriyaki sauce
30 ml
lime juice

lime zest

Step 1/10
Defrost the tuna fillets. Cut into 15x15mm cubes.
Step 2/10
Put in a bowl, add the teriyaki sauce, sesame oil and stir. Boil the rice until tender, according to the instructions on the package.

Halve the beans. Preheat a pan of vegetable oil, place the beans, fry quickly and place on a plate.

At the bell pepper, cut off the stalk, peel it from the seeds and cut the flesh into large cubes.

Place the peppers in a preheated frying pan and cook for about 3 minutes until golden. Cover with 100ml hot water, cook for about a minute over a high heat, stirring to soften the peppers a little and evaporate the water. Place the peppers on a plate.

Cut off the stalks from the cucumber, cut into large cubes. Boil a glass of water, put the cucumbers in boiling water for 2 minutes, then put in a small bowl, add 30 ml of sweet chili sauce and mix.

Separate the corn grains from the cob.

Cut the canned pineapples into 15x15mm pieces.

Make the sauce: Combine the coconut milk, teriyaki, juice and lime zest in a bowl.

Spoon the rice into the bowl. Top with pieces of tuna, beans, bell peppers, corn kernels, cucumber, pineapples. Drizzle over the sauce and serve.
