Ingredients for 2 servings

salmon Atlantic fillet on the skin chilled
200 g
ground round grain rice
100 g
coconut drink
100 ml
soy sauce
2 tbsp. spoons
apple vinegar 9%
1 tbsp. spoon
sesame oil
1 tbsp. spoon
unrefined cane sugar
1/2 tsp
sesame, green onion, dried seaweed, lime
for filing
Step 1/4
Pour the water and coconut milk over the rice and simmer until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Step 2/4
Separate the salmon from the skin, remove the bones and cut into cubes.
Step 3/4
Make the marinade with a mixture of soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil and sugar. Toss the fish with the marinade and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4/4
Put the finished rice on the bottom of the bowl, add chopped avocado, mango, cucumber and fish. Pour the remaining marinade over the rice. Serve topped with sesame seeds, green onions and chopped dried seaweed leaves.
