Recipe "Pasta with zucchini and shrimp "
Ingredients for 2 servings

200 g
zucchini
1 pc.
northern shrimps peeled deputy.
200 g
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
Grand Prix cheese
20 g
garlic
1 clove
freshly ground black pepper
to taste

Step 1/4
Defrost the shrimp in advance in the refrigerator or lower into cold water right in the package for half an hour. Rinse, dry on a napkin.

Boil the pasta water in a large saucepan, boil the al dente pasta.
Step 3/4
While the pasta is cooking, cut the zucchini into thin slices with a vegetable peeler or a mandolin grater. Peel the garlic clove, remove the core and chop finely. Quickly add the zucchini and garlic in olive oil, then add the prawns, stir and turn off the heat immediately. Salt and pepper.
Step 4/4
Drain the finished paste, season with olive oil. Arrange on plates, top with shrimp zucchini and add thin slices of cheese. Serve right away!
