Recipe "Orzo with zucchini and shrimp"
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
orzo paste
200 g
zucchini or zucchini
1 medium
olive oil
3 tbsp. l.
water
400 ml
parmesan
100 g
shrimps peeled
250 g
lemon juice
1 tbsp. l.
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
Step 1/6
Grate the zucchini on a medium grater and squeeze slightly. Defrost the shrimp according to the instructions on the package.

Step 2/6
Grease the baking dish with olive oil, pour orzo into it, evenly distribute the zucchini on top.

Step 3/6
Fill the contents with hot water, salt, drizzle 1 tbsp. l. olive oil and send to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes.

Step 4/6
While the pasta is cooking, preheat the pan with the remaining olive oil and fry the prawns on it, salt and pepper to taste.

Grate the Parmesan.

Remove the orzo from the oven, add the prawns, grated parmesan, drizzle with lemon juice and mix well. Serve immediately.
