Orzo paste is similar to small grains and looks rather unusual. We suggest cooking it by analogy with Israeli ptitim - in the Middle Eastern style. You get a very tender, creamy dish of cheerful green color.

Recipe "Pasta orzo with spinach and cheese "
Ingredients for 2 servings
orzo paste
200 g
fresh frozen spinach
150 g
parmesan cheese
50 g
onions
1 pc.
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
turmeric
1 teaspoon without a slide
green onion, parsley
small bundle
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
Step 1/6
Cut the onions into cubes, disperse in olive oil until transparent. Add turmeric, salt and spinach (you can put it frozen or defrost it beforehand). Put it out for another 5 minutes.
Step 2/6
Pour in the pasta, toss with the spinach .
Step 3/6
Pour in 400ml water and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has evaporated.
Step 4/6
If the paste is not cooked enough, add a little more water and additionally wipe. The finished paste should turn out al dente.
Step 5/6
Knead directly into the hot cheese paste.
Step 6/6
Serve topped with finely chopped onions and parsley.
