Ingredients for 4 servings

Lewarden goat cheese
50 g
orzo paste or ptititim
1 cup
sweet potato
1 pc.
garlic
1 clove
oregano
1 tsp
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons + 2 tbsp. tablespoons for frying
parsley
1-2 sprigs
salt
to taste

Step 1/6
Wash, peel and dice the sweet potato with a side of about 1 cm. Cut the garlic into slices.

Heat a frying pan with oil, put garlic and sweet potato in it, salt to taste. After 3 minutes, add the oregano and stir. Cook for about 15 minutes until the yams are softened, stirring occasionally.

Boil 2 liters of water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, mix. Fill in the pasta and cook for 10 minutes.

Put half of the finished yam in a glass of blender, add 2-3 tablespoons of water (you can use pasta) and punch until smooth.

Drain the finished paste, add the sweet potato sauce, olive oil and mix until the components combine. Wash the parsley, dry, finely chop and knead in the paste (leave a little for decoration).

Grind the goat's cheese on a fine grater. Arrange the pasta on plates, top with cubes of yam and goat's cheese. Sprinkle over a little of the finely chopped greens and serve.
