Recipe "Linzer cookies with hazelnuts"
Ingredients for 20-25 pieces of portions
fried hazelnuts

wheat flour
130 g
ground cinnamon

Grind hazelnuts to flour in a blender.

Mix flour, vanilla and regular sugar, cinnamon.

Add softened oil and mix until crumb. Add the egg and ground hazelnuts.

Knead the dough, wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Roll out 6 mm thick dough on a floured surface. Cut out cookies using a mold with a diameter of about 7 cm. Put on a baking sheet lined with parchment. In half of the cookies, cut holes in the center with smaller molds.

Bake cookies at 170 ° C for about 12 minutes, the edges of the cookies should brown. Allow the finished liver to cool completely.

Sprinkle the cookies with holes with powdered sugar. Spread the whole cookies with jam, leaving more filling in the center of the cookies than around the edges. Top with powdered, leaky cookies.
Tip: if the jam is too liquid, it can be thickened with gelatin at the rate of 2 g of gelatin per 100 g of jam or jam.
