Ingredients for 6-8 servings
red and black currants

oatmeal
100 g
brown sugar
200 g
white sugar

wheat flour
70 g
butter

Step 1/6
Combine the oats, sugar and flour in a bowl.
Step 2/6
Add the soft butter and mash with a fork.
Step 3/6
Grease the baking dish with the rest of the oil.

Pour about half the mixture on the bottom, level.
Step 5/6
Put the berries in the tin and cover with the remaining mixture.
Step 6/6
Put the cake in the oven preheated to 180C and bake for about 30 minutes until tender.
