Recipe "Lasagne with cottage cheese "
Ingredients for 8-10 servings

cottage cheese
600 g
cheese brynza or feta
150 g
milk

cream 10%

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, salt, add the egg and mix well. You can add sour cream if the mixture is dry.

Make the milk sauce. Melt half the oil in a heavy-based saucepan, add the flour and stir with a whisk until smooth and thick. Remove from heat.

Pour warm milk into the curd mass in portions, constantly kneading until homogeneous. At the end, pour in the cream and salt to taste.

Put the saucepan on the stove again, stirring, warm the sauce for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the grated cheese, add the remaining butter. Cook until thickening begins (without bringing to a boil) with low heat. As soon as the sauce begins to "brew," remove from the stove. Set aside with a lid to cool slightly. And at this time, preheat the oven to 200 ℃.

Assemble the lasagne from three layers of dough sheets and two layers of filling as described below. Grease the mold 20x20cm or wider well with oil, you can slightly pour the sauce on the bottom. Place a layer of lasagne sheets on the bottom of the tin, pour over the sauce. Lay out half of the filling, spreading it evenly. Lightly pour over the sauce.

Lay out the second layer of lasagne sheets, changing their direction relative to the previous layer. Lightly pour the sauce over the surface. Put the remaining cottage cheese, pour a little sauce. Cover the lasagne with the last layer of sheets, changing their direction relative to the previous layer.

Pour the remaining sauce over the top so that the assembled lasagne is completely covered with it on all sides.

Bake for 20 minutes in bottom mode. Then sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 30 minutes as usual at 200 ℃ until tender and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and leave for 5-10 minutes in the tin to "strengthen" the lasagne. Then serve, cut into portions, with sour cream, milk or berry sauce.
