Step 1/9
First, make the foundation. Grind softened butter with powdered sugar to a creamy consistency.

Add the flour and knead with a fork until a crumb forms.

Pour the crumbs into the tin in which you will make the cake and spread your hands over the bottom. For this cake, you need to use a detachable shape, because otherwise it will not be possible to take it out beautiful and whole. Bake in an oven heated to 190C for 15 minutes.

Beat the yolks with a mixer with 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar in a water bath until a thick white cream forms. Then rearrange the container with the yolks in cold water and beat for another minute.

With a fine grater, remove the zest from the lemon and grate with the remaining sugar.

Add cottage cheese, curd cream and yolk cream. Mix well with a mixer on low speed.

Put the curd mass on the baked base, level.

Squeeze the juice out of two lemons and dilute a little with water. Make the jelly (follow the instructions on the gelatin package) and pour over the curd mass.

Refrigerate the cake overnight. And in the morning, remove the finished cake from the mold, transfer to a beautiful dish, decorate with chocolate chips, cut off a piece - and enjoy.
