Recipe "Potatoes baked with bacon"
Ingredients for 6 servings
large potatoes
6 pcs.
cheese "Dutch" grated
1 pack (100 g)
raw smoked bacon
80 g
egg
1 pc.
sour cream 10%
50 ml
salt
to taste
ground coriander
pinch
ground black pepper
to taste
onion green
to taste
parsley
a couple of twigs
Step 1/10
Cut the potatoes in half lengthways.
Step 2/10
Wrap it in a baking sleeve or put it in a ceramic bowl and cover with cling film.
Step 3/10
Microwave for 8 minutes until the flesh softens.
Step 4/10
Remove the potatoes and gently remove the flesh with a spoon, leaving the walls and bottom intact for later filling.
Step 5/10
Mix the flesh with grated cheese, egg, sour cream, salt and spices.
Step 6/10
Put the filling back into the potatoes.
Step 7/10
Pre-fry the bacon, chop finely and arrange on top of the filling.

Microwave in grill or combi grill mode for 4-5 minutes.
Step 9/10
Finely chop the parsley and green onions.
Step 10/10
Sprinkle greens over the finished dish.
