fresh potatoes

Step 1/4
Grate potatoes on a coarse grater.
Step 2/4
Mix chicken fillet with potatoes, starch, salt, egg, spices.
Step 3/4
Form fritters from the resulting mass.
Step 4/4
Fry the chicken pancakes in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. After you turn them over to the other side, cover the pan with a lid - this way the pancakes will cook well.
