Recipe "Dates baked with cheese and bacon"
Ingredients for 4 servings
dates of the Mejul variety
2 pack.
cheddar cheese
200 g
raw smoked bacon
1 pack
natural honey
30 g
soy sauce
30 ml
cayenne pepper or hot ground pepper
to taste
fresh mint
a couple of twigs
Step 1/6
Peel the dates.
Step 2/6
Cut the cheddar into small blocks, which will be convenient to place inside the dates. Finely chop the mint.
Step 3/6
In each dried fruit, instead of a bone, insert a piece of cheese, add a little pepper and chopped mint.
Step 4/6
Cut the bacon strips in half across and wrap the dates with them.
Step 5/6
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Step 6/6
Serve ready-made dates with honey sauce and soy sauce.
