sweet potato

flax seeds

ground coriander

basil green
a few leaves (5 g)
lemon juice
1 tsp
vegetable oil
500 ml
cornmeal
for breading

Peel the sweet potato, cut into pieces measuring about 5x2 cm. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment, drizzle with a little vegetable oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for 35-40 minutes. Cool down a little.

Put the baked sweet potato in the bowl of the combine.

Add chickpea flour, garlic.

Wash and dry the basil leaves. Add along with the flax seeds to the sweet potato. Grind until smooth. Pour 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and mix.

Heat the oil well in a saucepan. Put the cornmeal on a plate. Form balls with a diameter of about 2.5-3 cm (about the size of a walnut) from yam dough. Roll in cornmeal.
