Sweet potato fries taste even more interesting than the usual french fries. Serve it with sour cream sauce with pickles. Vegans can use vegan sour cream.

Ingredients for 2 servings
sweet potato sweet potato frozen cut block

vegetable oil
400 ml
sour cream 20%
150 g
pickled cucumbers

fennel
1 sprig
garlic

For the sauce, grind the pickled cucumbers on a medium grater, add the chopped dill and garlic passed through the press.

Add sour cream and stir the sauce, taste for salt, add salt if necessary.

In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat as soon as the layers are no longer visible - the oil is ready. Check the oil temperature by placing one bar of sweet potato in it. If the oil is actively littered, sweet potatoes are fried, then everything is in order. Put frozen yam in oil in small portions, fry until cooked for about 7-8 minutes. Do not smoke oil.
