Ingredients for 2 servings
large yam
1 pc.
large ripe tomato
1 pc.
Cheddar cheese
40 g.
garlic
1 clove
fresh spinach
20 g.
basil green
1 sprig
olive oil
1 tsp
sesame mixture
1 tsp
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Step 1/4
Wash the sweet potato, cut it in half. Salt, pepper and grease each half with olive oil. Put in a cold oven, turn on 210 degrees and you can safely go about your business for about 40 minutes while the yam bakes and gains taste.

Finely chop the tomato, squeeze out the garlic, add the basil leaves and chopped spinach. Mix and season with lemon juice.
Step 3/4
Finely grate the cheese. Remove the finished sweet potato from the oven, sprinkle each half with cheese and mix the raw pulp with a fork.
Step 4/4
Put half a vegetable salad in each boat, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve!
