avocado ripe

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2/4
Peel the sweet potato, cut into blocks. Place on parchment, squeeze garlic, sprinkle with turmeric, oregano, sugar and salt, mix, bake for 20-25 minutes until soft.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and remove the flesh. Cut the onions into small cubes, cherry and olives - in small pieces, finely chop the cilantro. Mash the avocado flesh with a fork, mix with onions, cherry, olives and cilantro, salt and add lemon juice, mix.

Serve the yams warm with the guacamole.
