Recipe "Halibut with lime, chili and sweet potato "
Ingredients for 3 servings
halibut blue steak frozen
700 g
yam (medium)
1 pc.
lime
2 pcs.
hot pepper
1 pc.
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
cilantro
a few twigs
freshly ground pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1/3
Thaw the halibut fillet in the refrigerator or in cold water in the package. Rinse, dry with napkins.
Step 2/3
Peel the sweet potato, cut into thin slices (about 3 mm thick). Cut hot peppers into several parts, cut one lime into rounds. Put vegetables in a baking dish, pour the juice of the second lime.
Step 3/3
Put fish on top of vegetables, salt, pepper, pour olive oil. Bake in the oven at 180C for about 25 minutes.
