dried tomatoes

Boil bulgur until tender in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Place the bulgur on a sieve.

Chop the almonds coarsely, finely chop the tomatoes and parsley.

Mix bulgur with almonds, tomatoes, parsley and paprika.

Add the olive oil and stir.

Serve garnish warm.
