Ingredients for 4 servings
bulgur
50 g
minced chicken
400 g
onions (small)
1 pc.
cream 30%
190g
salt
pinch
freshly ground black pepper
to taste

Rinse bulgur, fill with water (about 100 ml) and cook until tender.
Step 2/7
Mix the minced meat with bulgur, rub the onions there (use a fine grater).
Step 3/7
If the minced meat is dry, add a little cream, if too liquid - a little breadcrumbs.
Step 4/7
Roll balls from minced meat, put in a baking dish.
Step 5/7
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200C.
Step 6/7
Then pour cream into the mold and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Step 7/7
Serve the hedgehogs hot with a salad of fresh vegetables.
