Recipe "Bulgur on coconut milk with turkey"

turkey breast fillet in honey mustard sauce

coconut drink (coconut milk)

yellow pepper

Step 1/4
Rinse bulgur, pour 120 ml of water and coconut milk in a saucepan, cook until tender, about 20 minutes, add chicken seasoning at the end of cooking and salt to taste.
Step 2/4
Bake bell peppers in the oven at 180S for about 20 minutes, cool and remove the skin.
Step 3/4
Fry the onion in olive oil with a pinch of sugar until crisp. Cut the breast into slices.
Step 4/4
Serve bulgur hot with baked pepper and breast, sprinkle over finely chopped parsley.
