Another absolute confectionery hit that came to us from South Korea: a dancing cat, or jelly cat. The dessert is based on a delicate panna cotta. In this recipe, we have prepared a coffee option, but coffee can be replaced with cocoa or vanilla if desired.

Recipe "Jelly cat"
Ingredients for 2 servings
gelatin
5 g
water
30 ml
3 in 1 coffee
1 stick
sugar
30 g
cream 20%
250 ml
milk
50 ml
Step 1/5
Soak gelatin in cold water for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2/5
Bring cream, milk, sugar and coffee to a boil, but do not boil.

Step 3/5
Remove the creamy coffee mixture from the heat and add the gelatin.

Step 4/5
Pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.

Step 5/5
Remove the finished cats very carefully from the molds.
