Ingredients

pineapple

blueberry
to taste
strawberry
to taste
grapes
to taste
sugar
900 g
water
200 ml
Step 1/6
Pour sugar into a saucepan.
Step 2/6
Add 1 cup water and cook over medium heat until light amber in colour and of characteristic viscosity.
Step 3/6
Remove the syrup from the heat and let stand for 2 minutes to allow the bubbles to escape.
Step 4/6
Cut the fruit as desired and prick on skewers.
Step 5/6
Quickly dip the skewer in the syrup, then in cold water.
Step 6/6
Wait for the caramel to set and enjoy!
