Not sure how to make gelatin jelly? This delicious dessert is made very simple! For filling, we recommend taking fresh berries, as they hold their shape better and jelly looks more appetizing with them. But out of season, you can use frozen ones and, of course, take your favorite fruits. By the way, the more berries in the jelly, the tastier the dessert will be.

Recipe "Gelatin jelly with berries"
Ingredients for 6 servings
gelatin
30 g
frozen cherry
1 pack (300g)
apple juice
400 ml
berries (assorted )
180g or to taste
lemon juice
1 tsp
sugar
2-3 tbsp. l. or to taste
water
0.5 L
Step 1/6
Put the cherries in a small saucepan; you do not need to defrost the berries beforehand. Add 200ml apple juice.

Pour lemon juice and water into the cherry and juice.
Step 3/6
Add 2-3 tbsp. l. sugar (or to taste). Stir everything, bring to a boil, remove from the stove and strain. Cherries save.
Step 4/6
Pour another 200 ml of juice into another small saucepan or ladle. Preheat to steam, but do not bring to a boil. Add gelatin, stir with a whisk until completely dissolved.
Step 5/6
Mix apple juice with gelatin and strained cherry syrup.

Wash and dry fresh berries. You can take any to taste, we took raspberries, blueberries and red currants. Arrange the berry assorted in cremants or small glasses, add the cherries that were previously warmed. Pour the previously prepared cherry-apple juice with gelatin and refrigerate until set for at least 4-5 hours.
