A beautiful festive no-bake yoghurt cake. For its preparation, you can use any citrus fruits - for example, take only oranges or tangerines, or mix many different tastes.

Whisk the yoghurt with the sugar until completely dissolved.

Squeeze the juice from one orange, preheat in a saucepan to about 60 ° C and stir 15 g (one bag) of gelatin in it until completely dissolved.

Add the juice with gelatin to the yogurt and whisk thoroughly. Add the sliced wedges of the two tangerines and toss together.
