Honey is a cake with cakes on honey, and for a brighter and more "dense" taste, we recommend using buckwheat. And to emphasize the honey taste and aroma, we will cook cake cream with boiled condensed milk.

Recipe "Cake "Honey""
Ingredients for 15 servings

Step 1/15
First, make the cakes. In a saucepan, mix sugar, honey and butter and put on a medium heat so that the butter begins to heat.

Break the eggs into a separate bowl, whisk lightly and add to the saucepan.

Stir until the sugar and butter dissolve. And then heat without boiling until a white foam forms on the surface of the mixture. Add soda, mix, warm for another minute and remove from heat.

Sift through the flour, add the saucepan mixture and knead the dough with a mixer on a low speed.

Knead for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

Form a ball of dough and leave to cool. Then divide into 8 identical parts and cover with cling film.

Preheat the oven to 200C. Roll each piece of dough into a circle on baking paper. Puncture with a fork to prevent the dough from swelling. Bake all the cakes in turn for 3 minutes each.

Cut hot cakes immediately to fit the size of the future cake (you can use a round baking dish or a paper circle with a diameter of 24 cm).

Bake the trimmings from the cakes in the oven for about 5 minutes, so that they become a bright honey color. Cool the trimmings and chop into crumbs in a blender.

Now you can do cream. Build a water bath from a pan of boiling water and a metal or glass container installed on it. Separate the yolks from the three eggs (no proteins needed), mix them with two tablespoons of water, add a jar of boiled condensed milk.

Heat everything together in a water bath, stirring, for about 15 minutes until smooth. Remove from the heat, leave to cool to room temperature and refrigerate for another half hour.

Add oil softened at room temperature and sour cream to the hardened mixture, beat everything together until smooth.

Gather the cake, rinsing each cake liberally with cream.

Coat the whole "Honey" with cream and sprinkle with crumbs. Refrigerate for a day so the cake is well soaked.
