1 bank
mayonnaise
1 tbsp. spoon
fennel
twig + to garnish
ground black pepper
pinch or to taste

Boil hard-boiled eggs. Cool and clean.
Step 2/5
Cut each egg in half and gently, taking care not to damage the whites, remove the yolks and fold into a separate bowl.

Drain the oil from the sprat, put the fish in a small bowl.
Step 4/5
Add yolks and mash everything together with a fork. Add the mayonnaise and stir. Finely chop the dill, add to the fish and egg, pepper to taste and stir again.
Step 5/5
Spoon the filling into the egg whites halves. Garnish with dill and serve.
