frozen shrimp
500 g
wheat udon
200 g
cream 10%
200 ml
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
cheese
50 g
garlic
clove
starch (if necessary)
½ tbsp. spoons
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste

Toss the prawns in the boiling water for 10 minutes. Once they are completely thawed, peel the prawns.

Peel the garlic.

Pour the olive oil into the heated pan, add the crushed garlic, fry a little and remove the garlic from the pan.
