Recipe "Vegetable marrow pasta with seafood in cheese sauce "
Ingredients for 3 servings
big zucchini
1 pc.
sweet pepper
1 pc.
tomato
1 pc.
blue cheese
25 g
shrimp royal
150 g
octopuses mini
100 g
coconut milk or regular cream
2-3 tbsp. spoons
corn starch
ad libitum
olive oil
not much
salt, pepper
to taste
Step 1/7
Boil the octopuses for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2/7
Finely chop the peppers and tomato. Pour olive oil into the pan, fry the vegetables for 4-5 minutes.
Step 3/7
Using a peeler, cut the zucchini into longitudinal narrow strips to make spaghetti.
Step 4/7
Add zucchini to pepper and tomato, pour in some vegetable or regular cream, mix. If necessary, salt and pepper.

Put the seafood in the pan, with the mouldy cheese pieces on top. Simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

At the end, add a little cornstarch to thicken (about 0.5 teaspoon). Stir, you're done in a minute.
