Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe

Pumpkin (peeled)

Chicken egg

Finely chop the pumpkin and send it to the microwave for 10-15 minutes (it all depends on the power, control the process yourself).

At this time, mix the ingredients for the dough: 1 egg, butter, 3 tbsp. l. honey, baking powder, flour and a pinch of salt. Put the dough in a baking dish (24 cm), forming the sides, and send to the refrigerator.

It is better to drain excess liquid from the finished pumpkin (if any) and mash with a fork/punch with a blender.
