Cheesecake Classic Recipe
Ingredients for 6 servings
soft cheese "Kremchiz "
600g (3 packs)
chicken egg

butter
60 g
lemon

Melt the butter. Grind the cookies into crumbs using a blender or rolling pin.

Pour the cookie crumbs into the melted butter, mix.

Transfer the mass of biscuits and oil to a baking dish, carefully flatten and tamper with the cheesecake base.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until dissolved.

Add a teaspoon of grated lemon zest (gently remove only the yellow part with a grater) and half a teaspoon of juice. Instead of lemon, you can add lime or fruit puree (strawberries, raspberries, mangoes ).

Add all the curd cheese and whisk again.

Put the curd mass on a cookie base, flatten.

Now the cheesecake mold needs to be put in a deep baking sheet or large mold. If the shape is detachable, then wrap it in foil from below so that moisture does not get inside.

Preheat the oven to 180C and place a baking tray with the water and cake pan for about 1 hour. The top of the cheesecake should brown slightly, and the middle should stay a little wet. Remove the cheesecake tin, cool and refrigerate until set. Serve chilled, garnished with berries or powdered sugar.
