Pumpkin Muffins recipe
Ingredients for 4 servings
pumpkin puree
300g
flour
250 g
eggs
3 pcs.
sugar
200 g
vegetable oil
6 tbsp. l.
semolina
2 tbsp. l.
soda
1 tsp
ground ginger
to taste
nuts/dried fruits
to taste
Step 1/3
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Step 2/3
Add the rest of the ingredients, except nuts, mix with a mixer until smooth.
Step 3/3
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Distribute the dough in silicone molds, decorate with nuts/dried fruits as desired. Bake for about 25 minutes, check readiness with a toothpick.
