butter
180 g
sugar
150 g
chicken egg S1

Beat the oil softened at room temperature with sugar using a mixer.

Then add the eggs one at a time, beating each time until smooth.

Punch one persimmon (about 100 g) in a blender and add to the dough. Whisk until smooth.

Add flour and baking powder to the dough, mix.

Add the second persimmon cut into large pieces.

Place the dough in an oiled muffin tin. Place in an oven preheated to 180C and bake for about 45-55 minutes.
