Wash, dry and clean the mango. Separate the flesh from the stone, in total we need 500 g of pulp. Divide the flesh into two equal parts, cut one part into pieces and mash with a blender. If you have two mangoes, one of them is softer, the other is stronger, use softer pieces for mashed potatoes. Cut the remaining mango into pieces - small or medium, as you like.

Pour 20 g of gelatin into 100 ml of hot water and stir thoroughly with a whisk until the gelatin dissolves completely.

Put the kremchiz in the bowl of a mixer, add 200g icing sugar and mix until combined. Add the mango puree and stir again.

Pour the resulting buttercream into a tin over a cookie base. Gently tap the shape on the table so the mass is evenly distributed. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Peel and cut the kiwi into rounds. Place on a cheesecake. Pour 10 g of gelatin in 100 ml of hot water, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar and mix everything together with a whisk until the powder and gelatin dissolve. Cover with the resulting kiwi mixture and refrigerate the cheesecake again for at least 30 minutes until set.
