Recipe "Mini cheesecakes with passion fruit "
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
cream cheese cheese
400 g (2 pcs.)
sour cream 30%

gelatin
1 tbsp. spoon
passion fruit
3 pcs.
icing sugar
1.5 tbsp. spoons
lingering ginger cookies
50 g
chicken egg (yolks)
2 pcs.
Step 1/8
Crush the cookies into crumbs using a rolling pin and arrange in portion jars or cups in which you plan to serve mini cheesecakes.
Step 2/8
Wash the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins will not be needed .
Step 3/8
Combine the yolks with a spoonful of icing sugar and beat with a mixer into the cream. Add sour cream and cream cheese, whisk until smooth.
Step 4/8
Soak gelatin in 50 ml of hot water, stir until completely dissolved. Pour the gelatin into the cream and beat again .
Step 5/8
Add the flesh of one passionfruit to the cream and stir.
Step 6/8
Arrange the cream in jars over the cookie crumbs.
Step 7/8
Cut the remaining two passion fruit, remove the flesh and mix with a teaspoon of icing sugar. Spread over the cream.
Step 8/8
Refrigerate the dessert for an hour to set.
