Chocolate Avocado Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

very ripe avocado
2 pcs.
bitter chocolate 165g
90g (7 candies)
fresh or frozen raspberries
100 g.
black fox
2-3 nuts
honey or Jerusalem artichoke syrup
to taste
Step 1/3
Chop the chocolate, add 50ml water (coconut water can be used) and melt over low heat, stirring.
Step 2/3
Peel the avocado, beat the flesh in a blender along with the chocolate, add liquid honey or Jerusalem artichoke syrup to taste, stir.
Step 3/3
Put raspberry berries in cremants, top with chocolate mousse and garnish with chopped nuts. Serve chilled.
