This recipe uses avocado halves instead of burger buns, and this presentation will leave few people indifferent! Tuna fillets are not too oily fish, so they work well with avocados. Keep in mind that the burger turns out to be very satisfying - perhaps half will be enough for someone.

Recipe "Avocado Burger with Tuna and Cured Tomatoes"

Ingredients per 1 serving

avocado
2 pcs.
tuna fillet skinless deputy .
300g
pesto sauce classic
4 tsp
dried tomatoes in oil
20 g (several pieces)
medium-fertile cucumber
1 pc.
red crimean onion
half
salad seed mixture (or sesame)
1 tsp
romano salad or iceberg
for filing
lemon
0.5 pcs.
salt
to taste
Step 1/4
Wash, dry, salt and fry the tuna in a frying pan (and the most delicious option is on a grate over coals!) Until cooked, but so that the middle remains pink and juicy. Cut the finished fillet into neat slices.
Step 2/4
Cut the avocado in half, carefully remove the stone and peel. Brush the halves with lemon juice to prevent browning. Roll the avocados in the seed mix or sesame seeds.
Step 3/4
Cut the cucumber into thin longitudinal strips with a vegetable peeler. Remove the tomatoes from the oil. Cut the onions into thin rounds.
Step 4/4
We collect a burger: put small pieces of tuna in half of the avocado to fill the pit from the bone, a little pesto sauce and strips of cucumber. Next - slices of tuna and several tomatoes, a couple more strips of cucumber, pesto. Cover with the other half of the avocado. Transfer the burger to a plate on the lettuce leaves and serve!
