The simplest and most incredibly gentle version of cold soup for summer! You can use less fatty sour cream, but the taste will be more acidic. For this soup, opt for ripe avocados.

Cold Avocado Soup Recipe
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
sour cream 20%
350g (1 can)
avocado
2 pcs.
lemon (juice only)
1/4 pc.
cilantro
for decorating
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1/3
Cut the avocado in half, remove the bone, remove the flesh with a spoon and fold into a blender, pour the lemon juice.
Step 2/3
Add the sour cream and punch the soup in a blender until smooth. Salt to taste.
Step 3/3
Serve the soup topped with freshly ground black pepper and garnished with cilantro or basil leaves. Bon appetit!
