This salad is very convenient to cook from already chopped cabbage and carrots from the store, then all cooking takes no more than 10 minutes. Vitamin salad can be seasoned with mayonnaise or sour cream at will, but still the most classic option - with vinaigrette dressing based on wine vinegar and olive oil. Instead of wine vinegar, you can also use lemon juice, and also try to replace olive oil with aromatic sunflower oil.

white cabbage
250 g
chopped carrots
100 g
olive oil

wine vinegar

parsley

Finely chop the cabbage or use the finished chopped. Add salt and sugar to the cabbage and mash with your hands to let the cabbage juice.
